H frame and C frame line with manipulator
MENHIR IGLOO SHERPA LINE
(input blocks up to 160×100 cm)

This line includes a Menhir H frame splitter (maximum opening up to mm 1600×100) with a selected number of open frame Igloo machines, for producing the final products. The secondary machine dimensions depend on the dimensions of the final products, but typically range from 480mm for wall stones down to 240mm for cobbles.

These types of line require a higher investment the standard open frame lines because of the bigger primary machine. The advantage is however you can split bigger blocks (up to 160x100cm depending of the hardness of the material). The downstream Igloo machines can be selected based on the desired dimensions of the final products.

For example, the machine in position 2 above could be an Igloo 480, a machine with a blade opening of 48x45cm, ideal for making granite wall stones followed by 4 smaller machines (position 3) with blade length of 24x32cm — ideal for making granite cubes.

The wall stone machine the Igloo 480 (shown below) when integrated in line, is used also as a secondary machine to resize these split prices from the H frame Menhir machine to make them more manageable for the down-steam Igloo cobbles machines.
