We provide our customers with a qualified pre-sale advice, an efficient installation and start-up service and, where requested, in-depth training to operators.

Steinex assists its Customers through an excellent after-sale service composed of team of technicians in charge with the installation and assistance at the Customers’ site or in-house for the on-line and remote solution of the problems.

Steinex produces most of its spare parts in-house.  In this way our parts department is always adequately stocked, so we can respond to requests from all over the world very quickly.
