Pushers
Overhead pushers are integrated elements in the automatic plants Windstar SP, Windstar CMT, Windstar STD and the automatic lines Menhir-Sherpa 2CM and Menhir-Sherpa 3 CM. They are designed according to the size of the machine they are to feed and can have fixed head for feeding regular-shaped workpieces such as concrete blocks or stone slabs and shims with 6 sawn sides or adaptable head for feeding irregular workpieces. They are all equipped with brushless motors that ensure efficiency and accuracy of split piece measurements.
Diverter switches
Mechanical diverters/evacuators are designed to divert, translate or evacuate workpieces by moving them in a direction perpendicular to their original feed. They can be integrated into automatic systems or be installed independently in conventional splitting lines. They are used for the translation of semi-finished parts, finished products or for nonconforming scrap parts that need to be removed.
