Roller shutter conveyors
SHERPA SERIES BTS BTD: Heavy duty flat top steel belt conveyors with tilting system. BTS 1000 belts are equipped with single roller shutter and tilting system with forward/backward and up/down tilting controls. BTD 500+500 conveyor belts are equipped with double flat top shutters with individual forward/backward movement and up/down rocker system.
Tracked transporters
SHERPA SERIES BC: Heavy conveyor belts with tracked soles and tilting system suitable for loading heavy blocks up to 10 tons. BCS 1000 belts are equipped with a single crawler sole with forward/backward motion and up/down tilting system. BCD 500+500 belts are equipped with double crawler soles with forward/backward motion and up/down tilting system. BCD 500+500 belts are equipped with double tracked soles with forward/backward movement and up/down tilting system.
SHERPA FD SERIES: conveyor belts with automatic feed and double-rostrum pushers. Suitable for the movement of sawn slabs up to 550 mm thick, each rostrum can advance independently and are equipped with brushless motors that guarantee total efficiency and precision over time. They are used in automatic lines or can be used to automate traditional lines of customers who want to improve production performance.
Heavy duty rollers
SHERPA R-SERIES: Roller conveyor belts with automatic or manual feed. RF belts are suitable for loading heavy workpieces and have forward/backward motion. BRF belts in addition to forward/backward movement are also equipped with up/down tilting system. RG belts are suitable for loading heavy blocks with mechanical means equipped with forks, to facilitate the exit of the forks after resting the block, a hydraulic retractable system is installed in the belt that allows the operator of the mechanical means to rest the block and exit freely with the forks without friction.
Rubber belt conveyors
SHERPA NG SERIES: belts with metal structure and 500 or 700 mm rubber mat particularly suitable for conveying machine processing residual material.
SC-NG SERIES SHERPA IMPLANTS: are plants suitable for the selection and sorting of paved stones. Steinex in order to reduce the fatigue of workers who flake and sort paved stones has made a series of plants consisting of a heavy loading hopper suitable for loading excavators and mechanical shovels or dump trucks and rubber belt with wear-resistant cloth. They are built in three versions with capacities of 16 m3, 30 m3 and 60 m3.
